Factory Setup

Today, Aostaf Group has been operating on a large scale and is emerging as a manufacturing hub with its multi-industry set up in Sonipat Haryana. With a machine base of more than 50 machines and a staff of more than 200, Aostaf Group is aiming to become the leading manufacturer in India.

Since the commencement of our firm, we have established the latest infrastructural facility, where the whole business activities are being performed remarkably and set targets are achieved within the stipulated time frame. It is covered across a huge area and appropriate segmentation has been made by us just to carry each operation in a streamlined manner. Our infrastructure comprises departments such as production, sales, marketing, administrative, warehousing, and many others.

Began from a working place of less than 100 sq. ft., the company has a manufacturing unit in more than 1,00,000 sq. ft. in the prime industrial area of Sonipat, Haryana, India. The manufacturing plant is well-equipped with modern machinery for producing quality products.

At Aostaf, we are equipped with the latest machinery from Germany, Italy and China. More than 25 machines are deployed in Furniture Segment to fulfill the demands of the customers. Our trained professionals put in their best to manufacture the furniture products that satisfy our clients.

Research & Development

The Technical Research Center and design, manufacturing and testing departments cover research and development. Principally the design, manufacturing & testing department cover projects which have an instant effect on the market. And the Technical Research Center, besides supporting other departments, mainly covers basic and long term projects.

Quality Assurance

To achieve high standards and quality of product, a very reliable quality control system has been adopted by the company. All the raw materials are procured as per international standards of quality. During various production stages such as machining, assembling, finishing etc., each and every part of the product is keenly and thoroughly inspected and checked by Quality Assurance Department.

A special team of technically qualified engineers has been appointed at Quality Assurance Department in order to ensure & achieve the best quality. As per the policy of the company, continuous research and development are carried out and new quality control techniques are adopted. The Organization has modern scientific quality control measuring equipment to check the quality of its products, so as to ensure the best quality and trouble free products are delivered to the buyers. All products are designed & manufactured with the latest advanced modern technology.
